Marina Bay Sands at a glance
Marina Bay Sands is a resort on the waterfront of Marina Bay in Singapore. Three hotel towers carry the SkyPark, a roof structure with the observation deck on level 56 and the hotel pool on level 57. Below it sit The Shoppes, restaurants, the ArtScience Museum and the Event Plaza, where the Spectra light and water show is staged. The resort opened in 2010 and has about 1,850 rooms and suites.
Most visitors do three things: go up to the deck for the view, watch Spectra in the evening and walk across to Gardens by the Bay. This guide covers all of that, plus the hotel, the museum, river cruises, opening hours, the best time to visit and how to get there. Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) for 2026, and they change.
There is no single ticket for the whole complex. The deck, the museum exhibitions and the gardens' paid attractions are sold separately, while Spectra and the museum building are free to enter.

Our picks: Marina Bay Sands
Our take: the observation deck ticket is the simple way up; the evening tour adds a river cruise and both light shows; the Gardens ticket covers the domes across the road.

A few things to know before you go
Points that save questions at the entrance.
The pool is for hotel guests
Only registered hotel guests with a room card can use the rooftop pool. It is not sold as a separate ticket, and a deck ticket or restaurant booking does not include it.
Pool rules โThe museum has two price levels
You can enter the building without a ticket. Exhibitions such as teamLab Future World are paid, and Future World needs a timed ticket.
Museum guide โThe expansion is not open
A new hotel tower and an arena are under construction next to the resort. Nothing of it is open to visitors yet.
