Guided tours in the Marina Bay area
What is guided, and what is not.
ArtScience Museum
The museum runs guided tours. You need a same-day exhibition ticket for a guided visit, unless the booking page says otherwise. General access to the building is free, but the exhibitions cost extra. The museum is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00 and last entry is 17:00.
ArtScience Museum guide โGardens by the Bay
The Gardens run nature and sustainability tours on Saturdays and Sundays, with different start times on each day. They are not a daily service. Check the events calendar for your date before you plan around them.
Gardens by the Bay guide โEvening on the water
The laser show cruise leaves from Clarke Quay Jetty only, and tickets are sold at that jetty. Check the departure times at the counter. A boat ride does not guarantee a clear view of the light show, which plays at Event Plaza.
River cruise guide โSpectra from the waterfront
The free Spectra show lasts 15 minutes. It runs at 20:00 and 21:00 from Sunday to Thursday, with an extra show at 22:00 on Friday and Saturday. You do not need a tour to see it.

Peak and off-peak prices
The SkyPark charges SGD 35 for an adult in the off-peak slot (09:30โ16:30) and SGD 39 in the peak slot (17:00โ22:00). Last entry is 16:00 and 21:30. The pool on level 57 is not part of this ticket; only registered hotel guests can use it.
SkyPark tickets โWeather
Singapore has rain in every month, with more from November to January. Heavy rain or lightning can close the SkyPark for a while, and the Gardens skyway can pause in bad weather. Plan one flexible hour in the evening.
Best time to visit โMeeting points
River boats leave from different piers: Clarke Quay, Bayfront South, Clifford Pier, Read Bridge, Fort Canning, Merlion Park and Bayfront North. Check which pier your ticket names.
Getting there by MRT โChildren
Children under 2 enter the SkyPark without a ticket. Children under 13 need an accompanying paying adult aged over 18. At the museum, children under 13 also need an adult.
